Yesterday, I came across a problem that I cannot cut videos from DVD through my VideoEditor software.. then I searched Google for a good DVD Cutter.. I am introducing them to you..

Then I faced some problems while using this software.. then I searched For another one.. Then I got one from DVDCutter.net .. But this is not free.. We have to pay for it..
